Order Delivery

UK POSTAGE AND PACKING CHARGES

Orders under £80 will be subject to a £3.99 delivery charge and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, a signed-for service.

Orders of £80 and over qualify for free delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which also requires a signature upon receipt.

Orders above £150 will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery (guaranteed next working day before 1 pm after dispatch). This is a Monday to Friday service and requires a signature upon delivery.

Optional Next Day Delivery:

At checkout, you may choose Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery to select a specific delivery date. On the dispatch day, your tracking number will be updated, and Royal Mail will notify you via email or text on the day of delivery. This service requires a signature and costs £7.99.

We aim to process all orders placed before 14:00 on the same day, but this is not guaranteed during busy periods.

Orders placed after 13:00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

We can deliver to an address other than your billing address. However, during checkout, you must enter the correct billing address associated with your payment method.

Delivery times are estimates only, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, particularly in cases of courier delays (e.g., weather, road incidents, strikes, etc.).

If no one is present at the delivery address, Royal Mail may:

Leave your parcel with a neighbour, or

Leave a “Sorry we missed you” card with details for re-delivery or collection.

Note:

Royal Mail Special Delivery does not guarantee Saturday delivery.

If your parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, you may need to pay for redelivery.

BESPOKE ORDERS, WEDDING & ENGAGEMENT RINGS

All wedding and engagement rings are made to order, ensuring you receive the exact ring you desire. Due to the crafting and assay process, wait times are as follows:

Plain Wedding Rings: ~2 weeks

Diamond-Cut (Patterned) Wedding Rings: ~2–4 weeks

Diamond-Set Wedding Bands: ~6 weeks

Engagement Rings: ~6 weeks

Whitby Jet Inlaid Rings: ~4–6 weeks

Titanium & Zirconium Rings: ~3 weeks

These are approximate lead times and may be subject to change.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

European & International orders are charged £9.99 and sent via Royal Mail International Tracked service.

Estimated delivery times:

Europe: ~3–5 working days

International: ~5–7 working days

During busy seasons, delivery may take longer. These times are not guaranteed.

All payment information must be correct for authorization from your issuing bank. If there are any issues, your order may be cancelled, and we will notify you of the reason.

RETURNS

Return Period:

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item in its original condition, including any free gifts (e.g., cleaning cloths), for a full refund.

If a return is received after 30 days, it will be at Yorkshire Jewellery Company’s discretion whether to issue a refund or return the item to you.

How to Return an Item:

1. Email orders@yorkshirejewellerycompany.co.uk to initiate your return.

2. Send your item to:

We strongly recommend using a trackable postal service for returns. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items.

Return Postage Costs:

Yorkshire Jewellery Company does not cover return postage costs unless an item is faulty.

If you originally received free delivery, the postage cost may be deducted from your refund.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refund Processing:

We aim to process refunds within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

We do not charge restocking fees.

If you paid for delivery, this cost is non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

1. Email orders@yorkshirejewellerycompany.co.uk.

2. Send the item to:
